Jessica Ye

Finance Co-Director

Jessica hails from the DC Metropolitan Area and is currently residing in New York City. A first-year Bridgewater Scholar at Barnard College of Columbia University, she is interested in the intersection of economics, computer science, and sociology, especially ethical economics and social-impact investing. She explores these interests as the founder of the InvestHer Initiative, a 501(c)(3) non-profit working to increase financial literacy and finance-career mentorship for marginalized communities within schools in the DC Metropolitan Area.

Jessica works intensively on non-profit finance, having raised over $300,000 to empower Asian youth and support climate change education worldwide. Her social entrepreneurship work in water filtration and vaccine distribution has been honored by Ashoka, the Taco Bell Foundation, Conrad Challenge, MIT THINK, and the University of Delaware. Beyond her work, her interests include fashion, music, and dance.
