Anna Zhong

Education Director

Anna Zhong coordinates the Ptera by Climate Cardinals weekly email newsletter and the Climate Cardinals chapter and ambassador programs, engaging a community of 10,000+ volunteers from 80+ countries. She is a student and computational science researcher at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.

As an alum of Stanford AI4ALL and previous Chapter Lead of Stanford University’s Changemakers in AI chapter, Anna is interested in the intersection of artificial intelligence and climate solutions. She joined Climate Cardinals in March of 2023 on the AI team, and has since then started a variety of projects related to technology and climate education before becoming Education Director.
